Frequently Asked Questions

One of our biggest values to schools is the ability to organise, label, size and deliver the photos to the schools very quickly - in the format they desire. The schools need these images not only for the yearbook, but for their administrative tools as well; including: ID cards, library databases, report cards, principals composite sheets, lunch room databases, etc. Therefore, as soon as the deadline passes, we immediately start creating these databases and delivering to schools (see: About SchooPix.Me for further information).

It is not possible to choose your yearbook photo after the deadline. If you miss the deadline, we will do our best to pick the nicest pose.

If you enter a yearbook choice for the same student more than once, we will use your latest entry.


SchoolPix.Me takes your privacy very seriously. All information gathered to complete a transaction is collected and used for that purpose only, unless otherwise indicated and approved by you. SchoolPix.Me does not receive any of your credit card information. All financial information is collected and processed through PayPal which has industry leading security systems. SchoolPix.Me does not share any information outside the normal course of completing your requested transaction. It is possible to pay by any credit card issued in any country - it's safe, secure and covered by PayPal as well.


Unlike most yearbook photo companies, SchoolPix.Me delivers proof order forms to our customers. We offer a selection of 4 poses to choose from. Most yearbook photo companies take only 1 photo; there is no yearbook choice and customers must prepay for their print package without ever seeing a sample proof photo. We try our very best to take 4 good photos. Please understand, due to requests from the schools to get images swiftly, combined with the complexity of our software programs, we are unable to offer retakes. We do offer touch up service (see: Yearbook Choice Deadlines, Touchup Service and About SchoolPix.Me for further information).

Please choose only one photo choice per package. We cannot split a package with different photo choices (letters).

We can touchup your photo choice to reduce facial blemishes, stray hair and sweat/stain marks. This will be applied to all photo packages ordered (and yearbook choice, if ordered before the yearbook deadline). The cost is $15.00 per photo choice. You can order a variety of group photos. Please visit "ORDER CLASS AND GROUP PHOTOS" page for more information.


Some schools do not request class photos because of scheduling conflicts. Others might offer elementary grade class photos, but not higher grades. This might be due to the fact some higher grades do not have a common homeroom. If you do not see your class or group listed on the page “Order Class & Group Photos”, then no photo was taken.

SchoolPix.Me delivers student yearbook photo packages to your school‘s homeroom teacher (or 1st period class). Orders are collected and processed at the end of each month, then sent to our U.S. lab for printing. These orders will be delivered to school approximately 4 weeks after the end of each month. For example, if you place an order on Sept. 12, orders will be sent to the lab on Sept. 30 and photo packages will be delivered to school on Oct. 28. If you place an order on Dec. 3, orders will be sent to the lab on Dec. 30 and photo packages delivered to school on Jan. 28.

You will love our prints. Our lab takes great care of your child's portrait and prints rich colors on beautiful, heirloom quality print paper. If not placed in direct sunlight for long periods, the prints will last beyond a lifetime. Because our prints are made in the U.S.A., the time to receive your photo package takes longer than printing in Japan. However, we believe this is worth the extra wait time as we found labs in Japan print on thin and cheap glossy paper.

Event photo orders (Prom, Graduation, Parties etc) are shipped to the address provided at the time of order. You will receive the prints approximately 4 weeks after your order is paid.


We need to go through a number of steps to re-create order forms. When forms are recreated, one by one, it takes about 15 minutes to produce a new form. So, we ask for your understanding. If your order form is lost and you would like a replacement, please pay $10.00 and we will email you a digital version of your original order form within 5 days of payment. There are exceptions to this rule, i.e. lost by a teacher, misplaced by school. In this case, please contact us and we will prepare another form at no cost.

Lost order form request and payment can be found on the bottom page of "ORDER PHOTO PACKAGES". If you do not know your child's student ID number (this is the same number we use), please write "n/a" on the student ID number line - we can cross reference the students name and school to find out this information for you.


You may cancel your order until the end of the month you ordered. However, because of credit card processing fees we incur with your initial purchase, we will deduct 8% of the total original purchase from your refund. Refunds for printed packages are only available for technical or production flaws only. Refunds are not offered on the purchase of digital images (CD's).
